This Cut-Out Wolf and Raven Heart Pendant is handmade by First Nation artist, Grant Pauls. The artist has used laser cut-out on sterling silver and used 18K gold for the eyes.

This pendant measures approximately 1.5" in width and length.

    Grant Pauls is a Tahltan Nation artist well known for his intricate cut-out silver and gold jewellery. He studied with renowned carver, Terrence Campbell from Prince Rupert, BC. Grant uses a combination of different jewellery making techniques to produce his Tahltan pieces with a modern flare.

    The Wolf is respected for its strength, agility, intelligence and capacity for devotion. Northwest Coast people celebrate the Wolf as an excellent communicator. The Raven, meanwhile, is kindred with kindred with transformation and transition. Raven's mischief has led to him being a cultural hero who is respected for placing the moon and the sun in the sky.
